Return Policy

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@chaudharysports.pk within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return in your email.
  3. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item(s).
  4. Ship the Item: Pack the item(s) securely and return them to us using the provided label.
  5. Inspection and Processing: Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them and process your refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

Items must meet the following conditions to be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt.
  • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided with the return request.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund. Please note the following:

  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item(s).
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If you used a credit/debit card, please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item. We do not offer direct exchanges.
